.....Just a few words from our Early Years Masterminders
The best part of being part of the Nursery Mastermind is to be able to share issues that I may have, to speak to like minded people who may have solutions.
At the Mastermind Sessions we also have Emerson who will share mrketing ideas to jelp get our business out there and get them noticed. Emerson also shares how to get staff engaged in the business.
Tricia, with her knowledge and vast range of contacts usually has all latest information that we need to know, which has been particularly useful during Covid 19.
Jackie Howse, Little Robins Day Nursery
I joined the mastermind group when I needed a support network around me and provided that and so much more. It is so reassuring to know that other nursery owners are going through the same issues as we are and can provide ongoing, support, guidance, reassurance, and advice. Among all the other professionals involved, someone always has an answer or suggestion.
If I were to describe the masterminds to someone, I would say it was a group of professionals with a breadth of knowledge and experience who are readily available, positive, and approachable regardless of how silly you feel about your query/problem.
The Mastermind is a great, monthly day out (hopefully again) with like-minded people. You come away feeling positive with a massive, productive to-do list that will help you to make your nursery better!!
Claire Hill, Bam Bams Nursery
I have been a day nursery owner for over 15 years and at times it can be a very lonely and isolating place to be. The thought of joining a group of like-minded people who shared your experiences was really appealing. People you could talk to who would understand and empathise with your highs and lows and ask for their opinions and advice without judgement was like a breath of fresh air. I joined the group right at the beginning of Tricia's new venture and I haven’t been disappointed or regretted it at all. It’s really supportive and it’s fun. We talk about individual issues as well as general business support and marketing ideas. It’s so nice to be able to talk to a group of people who ‘get’ it, have been there themselves, and can offer practical support and ideas and then hold you to account the following month! But it’s not just a once a month support group. It’s all day every month. If we have any questions or are looking for advice we can always get in touch with each other. Being able to get away from the office once a month is really good for the soul as well. Oh and there’s cake, lots of cake!
I’d recommend the mastermind group to any day nursery owner. You won’t be disappointed.
