What is masterminding?
Being a business owner can feel like a lonely place. Masterminding gives you a room of people who get it. You bring your challenges, you hear what is working for others, and you leave with clearer decisions and actions.
Our Monthly Mastermind sessions are included in your coaching package. Each month, we run two Mastermind sessions, led by different Bright coaches. You can attend either session or both, depending on what you need that month and what fits your diary.
We also bring in expert partners to selected Mastermind sessions to cover specific topics and give you practical insight you can apply straight away.
In each session we focus on the things that move the needle in a contracting business. That includes leadership, finance, operations, people, marketing and sales. You will get support, accountability and practical ideas you can implement immediately.
On top of the monthly sessions, we run Mastermind LIVE events three times a year. These are full day events that give you extended time with your peers, the coaches, and expert support to work on the business, not just in it.
