Hi, I’m Paul…
Starting as a sparky in a van over 20 years ago and now being MD of an M&E Contractors employing 50 people, I have transitioned through many stages of growth and now want to “pay it forward” by passing on the lessons I had to learn the “hard way” to others that are on the same journey.
I have always been a grafter, I learnt at a young age (first job at 9 years old) that if you don’t put the effort in you won’t get the results you want out. As I matured, I realised that its not just about working hard, you have to work hard on the right things. What I realised as my business grew, I wasn’t sure what the “right things” were and that’s when I met Emerson. Using his model and with his guidance, my efforts became focused on the right things and my business flourished.
It wasn’t easy or quick (but nothing worth having ever is) but now I find myself 5 years on with enough free time to be able to pass on what I have learned to others on a similar journey, so they too can achieve their goals.
