Michael began his career in the late 1990s as an independent consultant, offering business coaching and advisory services to IT consulting firms in San Diego, CA. After relocating to Northern California, he spent six years in the solid waste management industry. During this period, he audited hauling companies across the United States, providing consultancy and coaching in operations, finance, and customer service. He worked with management to improve operational efficiencies, enhance financial performance, and boost customer service by leveraging technology.
For the next 14 years, Michael worked in the security industry, where he helped organizations enhance processes, streamline service delivery, and improve sales and financial operations. He also capitalized on the housing market collapse by purchasing and investing in real estate, successfully growing his real estate portfolio.
As an engaging business coach, Michael is dedicated to helping organizations grow through Bright’s 7 Sector Accelerator System. He excels at understanding business dynamics, identifying opportunities to streamline operations, and enhancing efficiency while reducing costs through technology.
Michael holds a BSc in Computer Science and an MSc in Business and Technology Management from Coleman University in San Diego.
