Garry Dockree  

Garry has an enduring ability to step back and understand a situation before seeking a mutual way forwards, which supports his success as a leading Bright Business Coach. 
With his entrepreneurial drive, he started and headed up Direct B2B Sales for Konica Minolta at their Head Office for 10 years, motivating, supporting, and coaching his team to European Awards, to then launch his own company. 
 
Over 5 years, he then conceived, grew, and financially exited his SME business, Admiral Business Systems ( Central ) Ltd providing Comms & Print Services, proudly at one point personally accepting Company of the year under £2 million, wearing a kilt. 
Garry is not Scottish, but his wife is, and she gave him permission! 
 
He is a total advocate of following a Complete Company Orbit System to which he 100% credits his SME business success as “ that with one monthly morning out of the business, to look at the business with a steady mind, there are far less surprises that will bite you on the backside”, 
 
His “Big Hairy Audacious Goal” is to take our Bright 7 Sector Orbit to Melbourne, Australia, within 3 years.
