Mike Reddington  

Mike Reddington is a Specialist Bright Business Adviser with over 25 years of  
experience in the security industry. 
 
His most recent position in industry was as Chief Executive of the BSIA, the British Security Industry Association, a leading trade association representing the professional security industry in the UK.Mike began his career in electronic engineering before moving into sales, marketing and management. He has since held senior C-suite roles across a range of SMEs and leading blue-chip organisations, including Honeywell and ADI. 
 
Throughout his career, Mike has been involved in multiple business turnaround roles, helping organisations address challenges across strategy, organisational structure, sales, marketing, operations, finance and HR. 
 
Mike is passionate about raising standards within the security industry and has a strong commitment to quality, professionalism, best practice and business improvement. 
 
He is also a board director of ECHO, the Electronic Call Handling Operation, a not-for-profit organisation that provides alarm signalling between the security industry and police forces. 
 
With an MBA from Leeds University Business School, Mike brings a strong mix of commercial experience, strategic thinking and practical business knowledge to his coaching.
